We cannot promise the DJ will take song request the night of the event but rest assured we (Deena) is creating a carefully curated playlist of songs to help the DJ understand the ambiance that will keep her (and maybe Karim) on the dance floor all night long. We are happy to hear any recommended additions to the playlist and have included a spot to submit those requests in the RSVP form. Please paste a Spotify link to the version of the song that will get you absolutely grooving on the dance floor. If you dont have spotify please feel free to submit the name of the song and artist.
Are there any fun activities to do in Mexico City before or after the wedding?
Mexico City is full of culture and history! We recommend visiting the Frida Kahlo House, the Luis Barragán House and Studio (please note that you'll need to RSVP in advance), and the vibrant Mercado De Artesanias La Ciudadela (Artisan's Market, Deenas personal fav). We also recently attended a Lucha Libre event and truly had the best time! We'll also share a list of local recommendations for sightseeing, shopping, dining, drinking and activities on our website closer to the big day.
